However, when trying to access district email accounts from another computer in the school (for example, a computer in a computer lab) or from a home computer, Office 365 Outlook Mail, Microsoft’s web-based mail client will best meet users’ needs. Microsoft Teams provides chat-based collaboration, meetings, calling, and full enterprise voice features.When logged in to their assigned district computer, Granite School District staff will have the most functionality by accessing their district email account and calendar using the Outlook desktop client. Each user can install Office on five devices: PCs or Macs, tablets (Windows, iPad, Android), and phones. Office 365 Mobile Apps allows you to enjoy a fully installed Office experience across PCs, Macs, Windows tablets, iPad® and Android™ tablets, and most mobile devices. Office Online (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and OneNote) allows you to create and edit Word, OneNote, PowerPoint, and Excel files from a browser.

OneDrive allows you to access your files from your desktop, mobile device and the web and facilitates sharing and collaboration through 1 TB of personal cloud storage. Outlook gives you access to your CCU email, contacts and calendars on all of your devices, including your cell phone.
